July 16, 20233 yr Just remembered that Milan have Rafael Leao as their LW, has he gone there to play as a back up? If he ends up playing as a RW that will be fun to watch, as I think he is one footed and kept on running into blind alleys when he was tried there with us.

Oh and @loz still had a bit of a Barnet going on!

It seems as if Pioli sees him as a no. 10, which makes sense given Milan's outgoings. If he can stay healthy it is not a bad fit as he's quite good at making late runs into the box, and would actually give Leao targets to aim at, as well as someone for Giroud to play off.

With Brahim Diaz leaving it looks more like Pulisic will be playing in the 10 like he has for the US.
July 17, 20233 yr I`m looking forward to hearing from his "fanbase" every time he has a half decent game in a lower level league. Isnt that going to be joyous.

You won't hear from them, luckily all the Chelsea Pulisic fans are now on the AC Milan forums telling them they need to sell Leao for peanuts to accommodate Pulisic in his natural position.

However, Inter and AC Milan battled in the all Italian Champions League Semi-final last season which seems to suggest that Serie A is more than a retirement league.
August 30, 20232 yr He's not that bad of a player, give him a fresh start and he will have some good games. Whether he will last a whole season it's still yet to be answered. Italian teams aren't that bad, although our best performances over the last 2 seasons came against them, maybe English teams have a little edge over them.

In fact this argument has often been used fro numerous European clubs. Surely the less demanding nature of leagues such as Serie A allows clubs with deep squads to retain freshness and better stability due to less squad depletion through injury thus allowing for a more focused attempt at European football. PSG is often a point in case as well.
