Most estimates put that at between 1.5bill-2bill Even Roman wouldn't of forked out for the whole cost of a new stadium, money would of been raised through our sponsorship partners and things like naming rights.
March 26, 20224 yr The four remaining contenders to buy Chelsea Football Club are being told they must commit at least £1bn to future investment in the Blues' stadium and squad as part of binding offers that will need to be submitted by the middle of April. - @MarkKleinmanSky

March 26, 20224 yr Am I right in assuming that WHU & Gooners fan's will not be able to attend the upcoming premier league ties at the Bridge?

I ask that as even a billi wont be enough just for an entire new stadium but £500m would cover atleast 1 maybe 2 new stands and £500m for transfers is a start esp with our academy starting to really produce...

We all on here are basically f**ked off with whats going on in the Ukraine and wish it would end asap. Respect to those fighting against the invasion and sincere condolences to those who have suffered. But this is a football forum specifically for Chelsea fans and for me a place to escape from all the sh*t that is going on and to have a bitch, take the piss and to have a laugh (sometimes) Thought someone might slap my wrist! Apologies squire!

March 26, 20224 yr Without Roman now and a new buyer being lined up: why exactly are we still sanctioned?

March 27, 20224 yr Fearing the worse now. Raine are now expected to set another deadline for mid-April before which there will be further checks on each of the four bidders against a set of criteria including price; future investment; level of equity and debt funding. Football.London.
March 27, 20224 yr Isn't that a good thing? Or part of the process anyway. Isn't our operation safe with the new 300m operation fund? Or am I missing something...?
March 27, 20224 yr Anyone else wondering if this date keeps moving just in case Putin pulls out and the sanctions go away? After that daft Tory muppet mentioned sanctions could be withdrawn immediately on a Russian ceasefire.
