I think you'll find that your starting eleven only represents about 40% of what BlueCo have spent on players who are still at the club ... which is an absolutely bonkers approach to recruitment LOL

It’s even worse when you take into account all the academy players both still here and sold that are/were better than we have bought.

The men’s first team which let’s face it is the flagship of the enterprise has and continues to get the sh*t end of this ‘project’/‘plan’.

It says Blueco have applied for permission from the council to house immigrants in Stoll Mansions , which we bought last year. I can't see anything at all relating to this anywhere, so I guess it's just another sh*t stirring exercise as usual . If I knew how to post it here without my personal information attached I would, but I got it from a site which regularly posts this stuff, it featured a picture of a Muslim guy after the Liverpool parade car incident as driver of the car involved.

Some of you have become so deluded. We didn't have to recieve a massive fine at all, it was completely avoidable. They put us in this ridiculous position, and don't be surprised if the likes of Palmer ends up being sold to pay for more of their f**k ups later down the line.

Far from great but irrespective of the reasons does this mean that we can’t register players for Europe ?

Personally I think the wording is incredibly clumsy. I understand Zieglers comment but I don’t think it’s quite the restriction that he implies

Personally think the restriction kick in after each January transfer window.

In other words there is a requirement to submit your A list in time for the group stages . Come the transfer window in January we won’t be able to add extra players unless their costs are covered from players that get taken off the original A list.

If I Am right expect every space in the A list will be taken and little bonuses such as naming just two keepers on the A list with the 3rd and maybe even 4th appearing on the B list

Initially I wondered if the A list in question would be the 24/25 version but don’t think that can be the case because it talks about deadlines going forward as opposed to past

Absolute joke. All those crap signings did this. Probably the reason why we are unable to sign Oshimein coz of their dumb errors.

Why have Chelsea been fined by UEFA?

UEFA’s Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) have found Chelsea guilty of breaching two major regulations.

Firstly, they have breached the ‘football earnings rule’ in relation to when the club’s owners effectively sold two hotels they owned back to themselves to raise £76.5m in revenue

EDIT..I think the second reason was about us selling the women's team .

Although the PL cleared both sales, it was said at the time that it wouldn't be counted as income under EUFA rules. The owners were aware this was going to be a problem.

I don't know how the dozen or so BlueCo fans spin this one without looking like idiots.

Whole thing could have been avoided by not signing Disasi, Chukumeka, DDF, Kellyman, Amugoo, Lesley, David Washington…plus many more.

It’s not a question of putting any spin on matters. It’s about facing reality. A lot of money will be paid to UEFA which isn’t just a pity it’s an embarrassment a costly one at that.

The approach they have adopted is known as risk and reward. They almost certainly knew that a fine would be incoming . Precedent in the way in which UEFA now sanction clubs who overspend is by the imposition of fines and there was no doubt that we did spend more than was earned.

Not a question anyone will know the answer to and that is would Chelsea have finished in 4th and qualified for the 25/26 CL without the overspend? The only things that are known is that we did overspend, got a big fine for it but did qualify and with that will earn CL monies in 25/26

In business it’s not unknown for a company to willingly accept a late delivery penalty knowing that to meet the original deadlines would cost more than penalty clauses.

The gamble and yes it was very risky was that the rewards would outweigh the money that would almost inevitably be lost through fines. It would also seem that we have been granted 4 years to in effect get a balance whereas some of the other clubs have only two. I would imagine that to a degree is why we have greater unconditional and indeed conditional fines have been levied in our agreement

There would be no doubt that they would have been sh*tting themselves because in 24/25 the need for CL qualification was imperative.

In terms of the squad restrictions I have now read three different interpretations of what it means but I still can’t see anywhere which A list is relevant and that’s key. The Express even suggests it’s about transfer fee profit. It’s not . They also tot up money re in respect of Bashir and Kepa and factor that in but neither appeared in the clubs 24/25 Conference A list.
