Great second half the whole team didn't let Aston Villa catch a break for 20+ minutes. Tammy is the man of the match, without him I don't know how we would have looked in this game, by far our most important youngster. 

Frank did a good job with the team talk.

Willian was superb in that 2nd half, a bit crap in the first half though. 

Some great attacking work again by us, Tammy is just invaluable at the moment - pity he went off injured again.

Don't know why some of you were having a go at Christensen in the first half, I thought he played well.

Kovacic MotM by a mile.

He was steady enough most of the time, but he losses his duels too often. He just doesn't look like he has enough strength as a CB.

Wise head on him as well, knew when to keep possession or go down injured for a team breather. He's the only one using all the tricks of the trade out there atm.

Kovacic also a MOTM shout imo, another fantastic game from him.

I always get nervous when the ball comes to him

Basically, we just need to keep playing with pace. When we play slow, we are frustrating to watch.

A shame Batman doesn't have that intelligence, it's probably why he's offside a lot of the time, I really love him as a person and even as a player but so frustrating at times. Willian was our best player in the 2nd half I think. 

Pulisic also had some really good moments, so slick on the ball.

That's why it bothers me a lot when Willian takes his time, because we play so much better when we move the ball quickly, I'm not having a go at Willian I'm just making a general point.

we look to make the pitch small .. so when slow the pace.. the opposition can easily read and counter.. slow pace only works on a big pitch like at Camp Nou or city or emirates..

I think Pulisic faded every now and then like he did in the last game, excellent when he's on the ball though as always, I think that's the key, we need to get him on the ball more. Willian is much better off it though. 

Thank f**k for that. With all that possession and all those chances it really did look like one of those games where Villa would snatch a late, undeserved equaliser and every time they lofted a ball into our box, i feared the worst.

But we deserved that win. Good performance and we should have won by a lot more. Don't think any of our boys played badly although hard to pick a MOTM as there were a lot of 7/10. Would probably go for Kante but good display by all tonight and I personally thought Christensen had a very good game.

Thought Kovacic had a great game.

Indeed. Great effort. Kante in full form, best midfielder today, Tammy first scored than assisted, totally deserved win and should have scored more goals!

I do actually like him, he's just so stupid at times. 

He's trying too hard with what little time he has that's the problem. I'd rather have seen him play the 90 at West Ham.

Yes. Without doing anything spectacular. Didn’t seem in the mood for those runs today, but his passing - the range / speed of delivery and decision-making really stood out.
