I would love to know what VAR says why they didn't give that. Was it clear and obvious ? yes. they should of instantly asked the ref to take a look.

That penalty decision has really annoyed me. It’s as obvious a penalty as you’re ever likely to see. 
 

What makes it worse is the utterly pathetic slight touch on MBE Marcus which went for a VAR check right after it.
