Japan beat Costa Rica and Germany may be heading home.

Japan are odds on with the bookies to beat Costa Rica.

Well done Costa Rica, you overtake the hosts Qatar as the worst performance this WC so far.

Massive fall from grace compared to 8 years ago when i genuinely thought they were about to do a Greece.

Sadly, Barcelona c**ts can come back rising from their grave if Luis Enrique decides to go back there after his Spain career is over.

They pretty much kill the buzz of watching any game when they're on song as the opposition can barely have a sniff at them.

Kudos to Span and still relying on Azpi!

Re Germany 1-0 up and Havertz has a great chance to make it 2-0,  a tap-in yet Musiala decides to ignore and go for the goal of the tournament and then blasts over.

I suspect there were a few choice words spoken in that dressing word post match.

If given the chance plenty of people know the quality of Alfonso Davies. Johnathan David is also a key player for Canada, though the keeper will need to be outstanding tonight.

Dani Olmo scored the goal that was officially Spain's 100th goal in the World Cup.

Meanwhile, 100th World Cup goal of Brazil was scored by Pelé, 50+ years ago.

I'm not sure which is more surprising - that Junior Hoilett is at a World Cup, or that he's only f**king 32.

"Biggest moment of Alphonso Davies' career" (abridged) - not like he won the Champions' League or anything... f**king little Englanders
