Well we get a midweek off this coming week too, did not realize that. Should mean we have Kova back for Wolves. He resumed training today but is highly unlikely to be involved here.

Good news that he should be ready for Wolves though. 

So provided nobody is carrying a knock nor at risk of picking up an injury due to overload would prefer to see mostly our first choice side, with just a couple of changes up top.

Just been watching Rom's goals for Everton, where has that striker gone? I really hope we'll see the best of him at some point.

Personally I would start him along with Kai and Timo either side. Four at the back with Mason, Saul and Kante as the midfield three.

Credit to the Everton fans, they’ve put more effort into that firework display than their team has on the pitch

I think he was about 12 stone lighter when he played for them!

Does anybody understand why we brought Kenedy back?   There were a number of games when he would have been far better than Alonso, yet he can't get a sniff...same with Saul in the midfield especially after some of the shocking displays we've seen of late.  Unless we score early this will be another long drawn out boring game of football with more of the same..70% possession going nowhere..

TT wanted Emerson back, we offered to pay lyon to make that happen but they asked for too much, and incidently they apparently won't be buying him now either lol. So no Emerson so the board decided Kenedy is free so here.you go.

Saul was one of those famous last minute scramble deals TT has clearly shown he did not really want and has been a huge waste of the club money again.

Full strength no mercy from Tuchel. Didn't expect different though cause we need to start building some confidence at home. Sorry Lamps but we want this win.

Imo Trev is a better option, especially against a physical team, in the back 3 than Dave.

D'oh! Azpi is still a great 1v1 defender and Trev could be shaky having not played. Kov is better than RLC as well but I think this is the best fit lineup.

Can’t wait for him to take on players and beat them, and then run back to where he was and pass to Jorginho, or Azpi.

Honestly is one of the most frustrating centre midfielders I’ve seen.

I think this is our cup final side bar 2 changes, Kante and Kova, neither of whom TT can use today, for Jorgi and RLC. TT is trying to play them in to form before that game.

He does love to hold on to the ball and run aimlessly, then when he does.pass forward it tends to.be off target.

Didn’t realise that Everton have won 5 games out of 8 under Frank. Better than I thought. 

I’ve watched Everton a few times under Frank and their defence is poor and makes lots of errors.
