March 14, 20242 yr Honestly, I find the comparison between him and Havertz pretty fascinating. Both players have this versatility to shine in multiple attacking positions, but how their clubs decide to use that talent really sets them apart. I'm swamped and can't catch every game live, so I rely on a called to keep me in the loop. It's exciting to think about what developments we'll see next from players like these.
August 12, 20241 yr Read this morning that we are looking to bring Felix back to the bridge. I totally support this idea and I believe he will thrive more under Enzo. With the way we want to play and the technical qualities we now have in the midfield to complement him, we can make this work this time around. Unfortunately that would mean the end of Carney. His position is already under threat with all the options available. Getting Joao would put an end to his dreams as a Chelsea player. But Joao is a better player than him and this is a decision I can live with however difficult

August 12, 20241 yr Decent player when he wants to be...but too late in the day IMO, should have thought of retaining him before going on a spending spree realizing that you've bought the wrong players or players that don't fit in as to how you want to play.
August 12, 20241 yr Looks to me like we have some kind of gentlemans agreement to buy an athletico player after they took gallacher. Its like getting a voucher forvyour birthday that you can only spend in one shop, and personally im buying felix over omorondion all day long.
August 12, 20241 yr Obviously tied to the Gallagher sale. They've spunked £81m on Alvarez, need to sell someone to pay for Gallagher. They have Chelsea over a barrel: buy Felix or we don't buy Gallagher.

But Maresca didn’t give him any time in preseason so something’s up. Maybe his constant injuries are an issue. Real shame as it looks like he’s off.

We should stick 2 fingers up to Athletico and tell them to cancel the Alvarez deal instead or get City Group to buy their dead wood.
August 12, 20241 yr Never forget. Quote Chances created per 90 : 2022/23 season -Gallagher 1.2 - Felix 0.7

Exactly why aren’t City buying a player to oil the cogs of the Alvarez transfer. Surely it’s up to Atletico to generate the money. They are allowed to sell to other clubs. Leverkusen supposedly interested in Samu. Villa looked at Felix.

Suspect the £35m figure was part of the equation involving Omorodion.
August 12, 20241 yr Apparently Felix has green lighted the move and agreed to lower his wages. Still no word of it we actually want him mind you.

August 12, 20241 yr Have merged threads! So this Felix thread had now started in rumours forum, moved to Chelsea forums on the loan, moved off to other teams forum and now back in rumours again! 👀

I can't help but think there have been clubs expressing interest and proposing fees that have interested the owners. Carney included.

More about what they have done right. Who seriously would want to buy an inconsistent Sterling on huge wages, Mudryk? Noni has something about him, so does Carney. I could see them doing very well at their next clubs and so could the buying clubs. End of the day if we sign Felix by next summer we will need to find ways to move on a lot of the forwards, maybe they get the Trev treatment. Felix, Estevao, Palmer, Nkunku, Neto, Paez. Everyone else will need to go.

As if there are plenty of clubs out there willing to stump up a fee for Sterling and pay his massive wages. That said, don't want Felix but if it was at the expense of Sterling, I would be a Yes.

So now we have to buy someone we didn't even want to get Gallagher sold . Fiasco FC
August 12, 20241 yr Author Had we not signed Pedro, I might have considered Felix. At the moment we do not need him. We need to sell. A bunch of players.
