Euros 2024

In all honesty Romania despite losing and conceding some chances looks like a decent side, their number 10 Hagi was clearly fouled and his shirt got ripped right before the second goal.

Trossard looked pretty bad though, rest is what you would expect.

KDB MOTD for me.

Best and worst of Lukaku for me.

Did well for the opening goal, his goal offside by his big toe.

His movement at times pulled away the Rumanian defence for others to attack and other times his first touch or decision making was off.

Good performance from Belgium now have a chance to progress.

My surname is Silva. Also look young for age. Have problems getting served cigarettes despite being 58!

It's a major disappointment to me that I don't have to produce an ID card when I buy booze.

The trick is to act a bit funny and avoid eye contact in a cheeky way in order to prompt the big question

I got to say this is best international tournament since Italy 90 for me I am really enjoying it Agree. Magnificent tournament. Great football and superb fan power

In terms of fan power thought England were tops for many years. Our tournament attending demographic has probably changed a bit and other nations now seem more passionate. Funny how all the heavyweights- France, Germany, Italy, Spain have never been known for vocal, passionate support…

Well the police probably cleared a lot of the nutcase supporter base out not sure how that affects the atmosphere.

For me the Italians and Spanish bring more singing than the French and Germans.

The Irish were also surprisingly loud when they were involved.

The newer countries doing well like Hungary and Romania are making some noise too.

Getting interesting on the media front, for once Lineker in the news for the right thing, talking about football.

Alas he has upset the England camp and so allegedly we have Kane and Bowen going back at the critics, Kane's comment, none of them won anything of note for England is taking no prisoners.

What surprises me is that they are allowed access to the media when on campaign, the second point is why is Southgate allowing the players to slog it out through the media rather than fronting up himself. I think he is running scared.

W are top witrh four points though in both matches against moderate opposition we were hanging on.
