I just don't see Guiu as that, at least at the moment. Are you genuinely confident about Guiu as our starting striker in the league and Europe if Pedro is injured/suspended/tired because that's what we're looking at if Delap's injury is as bad as expected? Not liking Jackson is one thing but thinking Guiu will instantly do better is a very bold bet with no solid reasoning behind it. It's basically 'I hate this w**ker so anyone else is my preference'.

It is MANDATORY to buy for Bayern. NOT a choice. He is gone.

Delap was scheduled to be the upgrade on Jackson. Unfortunately he got injured. We also have Joao Pedro as the upgrade on Jackson.

I'm all for giving Guiu a real shot but I am not under any illusion he will be magically leading us to wins.

The loan fee is is very good but let's see how many games he has to play before we get ahead of ourselves.

How many of us knew about the £5m fine on Sanchos loan when the deal was struck? We didn't even think it was necessary were so happy with the price tag.

Harry Kane may have to get an ACL for Jackson to remain.

Anyways, this is a fantastic deal. Loan to fee for sale. Bayerns attack is in shambles right now, no chance Jackson doesnt play majority of games, injury permitting. Bayern really messed up in attack this year.

They have no money to buy this year. Their ownership said no more buys for the year, thats why it is in next years budget. They're paying 100% of his wages. (Bayern also pays his low wages this year, when they buy him he will be making €14m per year).

Fair comment, however if we get 14.5mill plus 5 mill (as a fine) at the end of the season, 19.5mill plus Nico next summer isnt too bad.

Don't know much about how Bayern players , do you reckon he might come good over there ?

If we have managed to sell him for that much it would be impressive.

Though I still maintain It would be great if we had a transfer ban so it doesn't give them the opportunity to spend it.
