September 1, 2025Sep 1 So with George and Jackson going, Maresca is being left without decent options. Surely it means we’re getting someone?!

September 1, 2025Sep 1 Fair f**king play to the board. This is an unreal sale. Phenomenal directors indeed.
September 1, 2025Sep 1 Just more emphasis on why need an actual DoF and leave Winstanley to moving on players.

September 1, 2025Sep 1 And we get to welcome Jackson back to Stamford Bridge in a couple of weeks time LOL

The fact that it was put out there that the deal would still be on but Bayern would have to either buy outright in this window or turn the option into an obligation suggests surely they were still content to let him go.If the numbers are correct then it’s a massive return on an ok player but rating wise he isn’t much more than that

A couple of smaller deals have gone under the radar including Matos to Sheff Utd for a rumoured £10 million.A couple of other bits and pieces still to do including Disassi, Sterling and Chilwell but what this has massively done is reduce the overall squad ratio.

I continue to have faith that he will leave, because simply, he is not good enough for this club.... he is rubbish.JACKSON BE GONE.......14 minutes ago, Sexyfootball said:Oh, and if that's true from Romano, Jim can finally crack open that bottle of champagne he's had on ice all summer ... obligation now included LOL, though I wonder if Bayern also have a £5m "Sancho" return clause in there !As I said, I remained confident Jackass would leave. We have all seen how bad he is, and there was no way back from him. He is simply not good enough for the EPL or Chelsea. Just get it over the line now. No messing around with fax machines or late paperwork....

September 1, 2025Sep 1 If true it's a great deal . Finance wise. But on the football side of things , it didn't benefit us at all . I never thought I would see the day when we got excited about buying a sh*t player , paying his wages and selling him for more than we paid .
September 1, 2025Sep 1 Probably HAD to sell him (and Nkunku) due to all the UEFA PSR stuff, which presumably we will now be compliant with and hence able to register all our newcomers for the CL ?
September 1, 2025Sep 1 Nico & Tyrique - weve just done 92 ish million in 30 minutes. wheres my smoking jacket? Edited September 1, 2025Sep 1 by OneTommyLangley

He ruins us in the Champions League game !!
September 1, 2025Sep 1 I said this last night!! We have such little information and on the outside our decisions can seem bizarre. They’ve pulled a masterstroke here
September 1, 2025Sep 1 Exactly, it’s a good deal finance wise but the fact that we’ve only recalled Giui and got that bloke from Brighton on loan means we’re worse off on the pitch. Giui and some bloke from Brighton?! We’re playing CL football this season. We can’t have an A + B team. We needed a strong squad and we haven’t. Bonkers.

So we sent him on a plane to complete his medical with no intention of letting him sign the deal they agreed to? The Delap injury sent them into panic mode and they tried to bring him back. The figures are good for this level of striker, similar to the Woltemade and Ekitike deals which are similar levels of player.
September 1, 2025Sep 1 @nonotnowjim Jackson 75MNkunku 30MConfirmed that Jackson is twice the player of Nkunku, glad to see i'm always proven right in the end. You can sleep well tonight knowing Jackson is gone, enjoy.

Can’t twist this one. Even if no obligation was there it is still a masterstroke.
