Oh I don't know about that. Bench has a better Goalkeeper, a better creative wideman/10 and a better striker.

Maatsen and Madueke are also wildcards that could do something.

I’m always under the opinion that if they aren’t fit to play, keep them out of the team. 

Just don’t over complicate things, play football with a bit of heart, 3-0 Chelsea. 🤞

If we can’t beat this Brighton starting 11 we really are in a bad situation. No excuses today, if we turn up mentally and physically ready we will win.

I'm going into this match with zero expectations no matter what team Brighton put out. We are just too inconsistent.

What no Man City away twice? FA are slipping. I guess Newcastle will be our punisher side this season.

Is Ugochukwu injured ? He's not in the matchday squad today and young Alex Matos is the only midfield cover. Also back to two goalkeepers LOL. 

Surprised Sanchez is keeping his place. As many of us thought he might be, he's well down the list of top keepers in the PL ... 13th best on save percentage to date,  and 26th (out of 29) on expected goals conceded as well. Basically we are conceding goals to shots that he should be saving !

Such a poor bench so the first 11 really need to play well. A comfortable 3-0 win would be welcome please!

At least the weather will assist in ensuring a decent tempo. Far too cold to stand around or shuffle about in first gear today !
