It's probabably because they use the semi-automated system, which the PL for some reason voted against.

Lucky with the goal - Jackson was clearly standing offside, and could easily be argued was interfering in play, given he was most far forward player in central position, which would obviously have been in mind of CB. 

If that goal was given against us, I would be pissed off and arguing he was interfering.
