i wasnt looking forward to this game at all , with or poor performance against wolves , then reports of players unrest. just felt we could be going into no-mans land .dreading tonite actually . but this WOWW  this a joy , a real joy to watch.

Playing so well here. Villa not anywhere near their usual form. Players putting in a lot of effort for a change. Getting in the box, getting stuck in to tackles, tracking back etc. Great performance so far. Need to play like this more often. If, as folk say, Poch doesn't know his best line up, well this can't be far off

Great to see Chilwell looking properly sharp and up for it too. Great to have two lethal full-backs again after so many months of makeshift solutions (and worse, Cucurella).

Still 45 more minutes guys, let's not jump ahead of ourselves, consistency and mentality are the key to turn things around for good.

Cause the Enzo you, I and many others know is class is the Enzo that plays deep as a playmaker and shielder of the ball.

The Enzo who plays advanced is maybe Championship level.

Whats frustrating here is that this performance is likely a preview on how we could have looked all season with Caicedo and Enzo in tandem instead of the crap we've witnessed. Better late than never I suppose but Pochettino hasn't helped himself and its a bit late when we're 11th isn't it.

Am I the only one nervous as hell about the second half ?
