Not confident. In fact I sense a defeat. 

Never feeling confident away at Bournemouth. Never confident at all anymore though. 

Small pitch with more noisy supporters than stadium size indicates. 

Difficult run of matches coming up. Away at West Ham after this before we host Brighton who just drew at Emirates. After that it gets even worse.. Really hope Lavia and Reece are back after the break. Enzo should be given some time on the bench. Would hopefully give us some more control in midfield. 

They got rid of their Number 1 keeper for Kepa, should be an easy win for us 🥳

Agreed, I want Palmer and Madueke shooting from distance at every opportunity. 

Who's their backup keeper now? Neto was loaned to Arsenal and I assume Kepa wont be permitted to play against his parent club?

You assume right. I think Mark Travers is the only experienced GK left.

I still fancy Bournemouth to win tbh. I think Iraola is a really good manager in the making. It will be just like us to choke against a side that have moved on their main striker and first choice goalkeeper in the same window.

I'm pretty sure there's a clause included in the loan deal, immediate recall if Kepa doesn't play against us.

Knowing our luck if Kepa played he'd have had another Villa 22 esque performance and we'll have months of "what a big mistake we made letting him go".

Given we will likely not have any fit RBs for this. (Losing all my patience).

Couple of other options that have been mentioned.

 

Caicedo goes to RB and is the inverting player, Lavia/Dewbs and Enzo in the middle.

 

Cucurella goes to RB and inverts, with Veiga in at LB.

Captain Enzo is pretty much Maresca's first name on the team sheet so he'll definitely play if he's fit.

I say maresca will play veiga as rb if him and cucu were on at the same time. Just a gut feeling from the preseason games.

Veiga was my first thought, but it could be Disasi I suppose. I know Veiga has played LB before.

I just remember in preseason he moved veiga from lb to rb when gusto came off.

I can't remember the game or who came on at lb when he moved veiga to rb but I definitely recall seeing maresca point to veiga and telling him to go to rb.

 

With the musical chairs of the CP game and the injuries that we have (and may have after the international break) I honestly have no idea of the line up this far from match day.

We have 4? Injuried already I think. And there's still 10 days and 2 games to play for the ones being called up.
