Oh my days that bald prick is refereeing the game AGAIN.

It’s our 4th league game of the season and we get that asshole 2nd time. F*ck off!

It's a very, very tired trope. Move on.

No, he screwed us over in pretty much every single game. Last game he refereed he refused to give a penalty.

Stuart Atwell last refereed us over a year ago, Anthony Taylor gets 2 games already this season. What’s that all about?

I just want a match where I can enjoy without worrying about the referee. You watch Anthony Taylor make a controversial decision this weekend, it’s nailed on. Honestly I wish he would just retire or just piss off.

Was it Anthony Taylor that gave Spurs the free kick after their keeper came flying out and wiped out Alonso (?) before VAR intervened?

I don't really like conspiracies or anything but Taylor has far too many big decisions against us for there not to be some unconscious bias involved.

bald twat.

Assuming Lela gets to play… The biggest concern heading into a match against Kepa is his two biggest weaknesses are also our attacking weaknesses.

he can’t claim crosses… no matter, we’ve done away with that tactically

hes a sub par shot stopper… no worries, we rarely fire on target

leaves me feeling awfully concerned about result here.

Looks like no new injuries. Just Lavia and James working their way back to fitness.

Do we actually know what's wrong with James and Lavia? We were told it was precautionary and now James has missed over a month and Lavia 3 weeks.

Just like last season and the season before, they call it a small issue and it turns out to be far worse. They end up going missing for months.

Fofana was in first team training.

Lavia is in contention to be part of the squad on Saturday.

Gusto a doubt to make the squad Saturday.

James still out until end of September....

Tough one after international break, and despite Poch's favorable home record second half of last season, Stamford Bridge hardly feels like a home banker these days.  We need some early goals, and build a lead.  Guarantee they'll get chance/s, and likely take them.

Somewhat prefer the away games at the moment.  Fans never stop backing the team, and more space between the lines given the home team should bring more to the match.

A win would be a good feeling and a reasonable start to the season.

That's good to hear about Lavia. Don't want to rush him back but if he's available then Caicedo can cover at RB.

minor knocks. Will be available after the international break. Of course 2025 is after the international break

Not a lunch time kick off, Kepa is on their side, should be an easy win. I'm still surprised they would let their number 1 goes to Arsenal as a backup, and get our number 2 ( or 3) GK to cover the huge gap. If we are 2 up by 80th minute, don't expect us to fold like Everton 2 weeks ago.

So you’ll be glad to hear that we play away then 🙂

A lot of people seem to think they'll have Kepa in goal ... is he allowed to play against us then ?

Not normally the case with loan players ...

A loan player can only turn out against his parent club if the parent club agrees.

He withdrew from the England squad and some people thought he may be injured for this weekend.
