Id like to see Caicedo at right back with Santos in midfield, Tosin and Trev is a good call and if you can adjust your scheme to show Pedro on the edge of the oppositions 6 yd line it would be perfect. 😂

Silva would just step out and leave Jackson offside.

Silva will be also telling his team mates to "Press that defence so they pass the ball back to their dodgy keeper 'cos he will then just pass the ball straight to you so you can score".

As will most managers next season🙄

The northeast of the US is expecting inclement weather Tue and Wed this week. Hopefully the 3pm local kickoff is early enough to avoid any weather issue, and anything remains isolated. Just all part of it, so stay patient!

@evissy I agree with you - it has been very good. I definitely have proximity bias with this one, but have really enjoyed the games. Standout for me is the South American teams - takes me back to Copa America last summer which was a blast to watch. Disappointed how so many in Europe look down on this - any reason to complain I guess. Saying that, many buddies back in the UK have sent late night messages enjoying the games.

@White wall judging by the amount of ads DAZN is pushing to my screen, I'm sure they've a handy offset, plus a new subscriber base. But a lot learned by FIFA for sure, from ticket prices, attendances, weather impact, undesirable playing surfaces. I still think they'll go very high on world cup tickets next year.

Predicted lineup below, although want to see Santos continue.

I am probably one of those Europeans that are not following this and consider it to be a lesser Cup or a friendly tournament, rather than anything serious. Much like the Charity Shield game. The times do not help me to watch the games either and I think that we're reaching a saturation level on football. But the most important reason for me, is that the players should be having a well-deserved rest before preseason and the start of the PL. I hope that this tournament does not have an impact on the fitness of the players.

DAZN IS FREE

BUT ITS ON C5

It's free on DAZN but you have to register with them first. Whilst C5 in the UK have had the rights to some games they got a raw deal with the picks and I think have only shown 1 of ours so far ( possibly 2 ). They are not showing this evenings game.

**Edited : My apologies, I didn't see the previous posts on the subject.

So Chelsea are on the telly, we have some new players, you know it's on but don't watch.. That is impossible for me

I do agree with him for the most part though. There is an oversaturation of football, and if we don't tune out now and again, interest will fade.

There's football, and there's Chelse. If possible I'd watch Chelsea play a charity match against Nothing Gulch Delinquents' Sunday School FC 😃

The tournament already ended a player's season though.

To be honest, I'm a Chelsea fan first than I am a football fan so I actually welcome this competition. I'd enjoy CFC games even if I missed and had to watch highlights only.

At 2a.m.? No thank you. Tonight, I’d switch on the match if it were possible to watch it for free, but I’m not going to register/subscribe to dazn to watch it. If it were a Champions League or PL or any of the Cups, I’d make the effort.

Gusto starting over both James & Acheampong is criminal, he’s been nothing shy of atrocious since The Bald One took over.

You wonder what impact it is having on squad morale when someone can suck every time they play and still get selected, whereas someone like Santos has a really good debut game and then gets immediately dropped ...

Nkunku and Gusto starting when you have James and Madueke on the bench is odd.

Madueke's just waiting for the Arsenal confirmation. I highly doubt he's focused on the game at hand. Even worse if he got injured
