I may be wrong, but think that's incorrect. Brentford are currently 9th sitting even on points with us. If we both lose on Sunday, that'd keep them outside the Conference League (and Sunderland would leapfrog us both anyway). If we both win, things stay the same (considering Brighton does its job).

The only way I can see Brentford getting into Europe while losing is if somehow we stay in front of them at 8th but manage to get disqualified over UEFA disputes... Can never be safe with these owners.

I live near, or not too far, but work from home and none in my work are really into football, so I haven’t seen anything since I got home from our game on Tuesday evening. I haven’t gone into sports sites other than this, so not too bothered so far, I didn’t even remember until I’ve read your post hahaha

I live in South-East London and I've seen one or two Arsenal fans out and about but they were quiet. My brother-in-law is Arsenal fan and I haven't heard from him. I'm going to wait until after the CL final before I say anything to him. If they win I can say we were the first London team to win the CL. If they lose I can boast we're still the only London team to win the CL.

They still have good players in Haaland, Cherchi and Doku yet they have a lot that are not of that standard.
