It’s what happens when you have sh*t players. Good teams lose as a unit usually down to being outclassed tactically but sh*t teams have sh*t players that cost them points. We are no different to those Arsenal teams under wenger that had a keeper making mistakes at one end and attackers missing chances at the other

With the investment we've put in aswell makes it worse. Wenger made Arsenal soft by refusing to spend and invest.

It'll keep happening.

They've made Tosin a captain and part of the "leader circle" to handle inner club issues or other bull sh*t. Enzo was still made vice captain after his xenophobic behavior over two summers ago, and Fofana is still starting whilst being brain dead on the pitch and a menace to society.

I hate this football club at the moment.

Caused by managers who have no idea how to organise a defence.

Over the last 20 years there have been very few keepers who would excel in the system Rosenior wants to play. Neuer being the prime example.

Under Maresca/Rosenior ……..

Cech would have been a failure.

Courtois would have been a failure.

I’d much rather having either of those two and never have them being a sweeper keeper. Ever.

Can’t wait for the next evolution of football that makes the game simple again because lots of the “professor” managers are sucking the life and entertainment out of the game with their need to be right.

That’s a painful defeat.

How long until the blueco business plan changes. How will they make any profit if the players they buy on inflated valuations end up been sh*te and they are lucky to break even if they sell them on and also lose out on champions league money if we are consistently sh*te. I think it needs to get worse, significantly worse, for things to get better.

It's whether Clearlake sell up or they actually change their ways.

Oh well. To be honest, we never stood a chance of winning the CL this season so we may as well put all our efforts into winning the FA Cup and finishing top 4.

Started with the strongest team that the millions have bought yet most are mediocre players....not a sub could come on to change the game or our style...look at what they brought on... would walk into any prem team & make a big difference

I hate this style of football. Us at our best beat the types of teams that play like we currently do more than they ever beat us, it's the most anti Chelsea football we can play as far as I'm concerned.

This playing from the back is absolutely annoying. I hate it. It doesnt work and it always costs us. Always. But still the coaches keep forcing keepers to play from the back in every game despite costing us so many times. I dont blame the keepers for the mistakes bse it is clearly not how they would want to play.

Apart from denying other teams, I'm not sure top 4 even makes much difference at the moment as it just gets us back into the same competition that we are not good enough for.

No chance we gonna win anything under this ownership and playing from the back. No chance. We better get kicked out of all competitions and not qualify for the champions league to punish these owners and their style of playing.

PSG have no game this weekend but they can probably rest some of their first team in the second leg anyway.

It would be interesting to see if they do anything should we fail to make Champions League next season (which is very possible). Will they just dig up the clause in the contract with Rosenior and show him the door? Or will they dare change the SD's and their system? If they don't look at the system and SD's then a new manager wouldn't help.

Jorgensen is s**te and I never want to see him play for us again but I hope the recency bias won’t trick most people here into thinking that Sanchez is reliable. For me this is on our recruitment- all that money spent and so little to show for it.
