    That woman on the BBC pitch-side panel… earlier when she was on about Cucurella’s comments, and that’s he’s one of the older players now, so his argument is flawed. 🤦‍♂️ This is the problem when you say ‘young’ without adding ‘sh*t’ players in comments towards the board.

    I wouldn’t read too much into individual performances here. Our players had far more time on the ball than they would in any Premier League game, and that changes everything—decision-making, tempo, even positioning. Players always look more composed when they’re not under pressure, so it’s not really a reliable test.

    Useful runout, no injuries, and minutes in the legs ahead of Man City... that’s about it.
