yeah he's alright, would prefer Hazard &/or jovetic (especially as he isn't cup tied). Barcelona & Arsenal both scouted him previously.

Seems to me they are saying we can have him for 30m Euros but not for 20m - which means if this is genuine and we are truly interested then we may end up getting him for around 25m.

personally i'd prefer to try for Hoilett from Blackburn, similar player would cost less and has premier league experience.

It sounds to me like they are trying to create a bidding war for him, they have released details of our bid to entice other clubs in. Its a bit crass and not really fair on the player, but I suppose its understandable that a club will want the most they can get for their player.

I actually prefer their way of doing it. "We're willing to sell him but we want this much." Much more refreshing than the bullsh*t will they/wont they we usually have to deal with.

Interesting that they (according to the translation) are saying that they want more than 20m but because of our good relationship don't want the 29m buyout clause. Seems to be a window here for us. No idea whether he is really in the jovetic/hazard class. The couple of CL matches I've seen him in, he is either electric or missing.

We've had a £16.6m bid rejected for him according to their chief.

Don't know if Sky got that from the old article already but it seems that it was recent and perhaps even this morning, at least we are after him thats for sure.
