Worst case scenario we lose to Everton and Spurs win vs Palace and Arsenal, our lead would be cut to 1 point. In the next round of matches, Spurs play before us so they would go top before we play our match which would really pile on the pressure.

Can we not do this...

Let's enjoy the 7 point lead

Why are people still thinking Palace is going to roll over

Because Sam said himself after the Liverpool game he will be resting his important players because they won't be ready for a high intensity game v Spurs. He's concentrating on the Burnley game.

We have two potential banana skins to get around (WBA Everton), but all six of Spuds remaining fixtures look like potential banana skins, even away to Hull (City of Culture 2017) on the last day of the season

ideally Hull will need something from that game - I heard Michael Dawson on the radio a few weeks ago saying that if Hull were safe by the last day then they'd love to see Spurs win the league.

Massive win tonight to get us back on track. Really puts the pressure back on spurs and quite frankly I don't care what they do as it's up to us to just keep winning.

Win in all our home games and one of Everton or wba. Spurs aren't going to beat palace, arsenal and united.

Also, hazard was decent tonight but kudos to cesc.

If he does that I will be sickened. A curse on that club and him if he does.

Just looked at Everton's recent home form in the League:

15 Apr 3-1 vs Burnley

 9 Apr 4-2 vs Leicester

18 Mar 4-0 vs Hull

11 Mar 3-0 vs WBA

25 Feb 2-0 vs Sunderland

 4 Feb 6-3 vs Bournemouth

15 Jan 4-0 vs Man City

 2 Jan 3-0 vs Southampton

19 Dec Lost 1-0 to Liverpool

13 Dec 2-1 vs Arsenal

On paper not the toughest run of fixtures, but 9 victories in their last 10 at Goodison is not to be taken lightly (the one defeat against Liverpool they lose every year). More worryingly given our defensive frailties they're averaging 3 goals a game in that time. How do we go about stopping their attacking threat? Or do we just risk it and try to outscore them??

Let's hope Koeman tries to outdo himself again by playing 3 at the back against us.

Like i have said for a million times, we need either cesc or willian starting our games. Set piece goals are crucial and they are both our best set piece deliverers. again st spurs willian scored 2, and against southampton fab had a ahan in 2. At this stage of the season every kind of goal counts and i hope one of willian and cesc start against everton.
