2009 FA CUP CHAMPIONS!!!

For me there are only three contenders - Ashley Cole, Mikel and Malouda. Cole gets my vote, despite the heat he got up and down the left flank non stop for 90 minutes.

3 best players were ashley cole, malouda and mikel but i gave it to cole simply because ot the incredible amount of effort he puts in. he has to be one of the fittest players in world football. unbelieveable.

Nothing against Frank or Malouda, or any of the players today. But Ashley Cole (no more Cashley from me, even as a term of endearment) bossed this game like I didnt think a fullback ever could.

When we were going up the left, he was composed, quick and deliberate with the ball. When the ball was on the right flank, he drifted into the middle, and took the ball like he was a box to box midfielder

He's a f**king great player, and above all a CHELSEA PLAYER

Was a close call between Malouda and Cole for me, but I went for Cole who was outstanding from start to finish (who the f**k was Billy Gallas?)

But credit to Malouda who was excellent and scored a cracking 3rd goal...

You beat me to it! Ashley Cole all the way!

Although Ashley got the official nod deservedly, I've gone for Malouda who made an inch-perfect cross to set up the first goal and who scored the (not-given) third. Was absolutely a menace all day long.

Really they both were. The left wing at times this season seemed a big weakness but certainly not today. Malouda and Ashley were terrific.

I actually went for Malouda as I've stood by him since we got him (albeit I did lose some faith mid season but I put that down to Scolari), he was great today, fully terrorized their RB's (even when the sub was made).

Cole was impecable too, so they should get the joint vote. And Mikel, other than his mouthing off, looks to be developing into the player we all hoped he'd become!

Could have been one of the four already mentioned but I've went for Cole. He's topped of a fantasic season with one of the best full back displays I have seen. Thanks Cheryl for getting him so fit, you must be really working him at home.

Florent Malouda-louda-louda Florent Malouda!

Him and Ash cremed them on that left wing and Malouda did score from the screamer in off the cross-bar. I guess it doesn't matter as we won it, but may have been very different if Everton got back into it after the ref called it a no goal!

Mention for all the players, all worked hard and done the fans and Guus proud! I would say something about Ballack but it's not about negativity today.

Without goal line technology, and since the linesman was correctly placed about 30 yards up from the goalline, there was no way they could have given that goal. It's too bad, but those things happen.
