Completely agree with that. Definite Drogba.

Despite his misses, his two goals put him comfortably ahead of the rest.

Mikel was scarily bad and I'm one of his biggest fans.

Bosingwa for me. Not a perfect performance by any means, but he had the desire and some of his runs and passes were great. Still needs to stop cutting inside and crossing too early though...

I wasn't too impressed. I think Drogba contributed more even if you take out his goals and with his two goals I think he's the clear choice for me.

ash cole for me, i thought he was fantastic today. got up and down all match and caused hull problems. linked well with malouda too (who also had a pretty decent game)

Drogba, clearly, but he needs to work on his finishing and receiving. The chances he managed to miss and the times he miscontrolled the ball were far too many.

I wanted to consider Carvalho as I thought he did really well, especially with leading the ball out of defense, but he didn't cover his position for their goal so Drogba it is.

just read it, no idea what game he was watching.

up until Drogs scored,Bossy looked to have the best game,JT also played well as usual.

P.S yes those players markings were kind of harsh,probably had the TV on with no picture or sound..

I went for Riccy, because despite his 2 goals I thought Drogba played poorly.

Voted for Carvalho. He did well in defense - blocked that attempt which looked like handball late on - and was more than willing to push forward from the back.

I gave it to Drogba. Not only because he scored both goals for us but also because he worked really hard the entire game. He made som poor decisions a few times and held on to the ball too long sometimes, but all in all he was very important for us today.

Essien should have scored at least 2 or 3 and i think

he had a good game great player

Drogs played well enough scoring 2 but did miss a few and the booking was plain stupid.

Have to agree with that - although perhaps "poorly" is a bit strong - but aside the two goals, he was pretty frustrating.

Have to point out we were watching the game live on TV in Cyprus but waiting for our coach to pick us up and take us to airport and I missed the last 20 minutes! But Drogs was very frustrating in the first half and missed a couple of very good chances. But I guess a striker is ther to score goals and he scored two and we won so you can't be too crtical!

Mikel was poor though. Can he get any more laid back?

I voted for Carvalho but I still want to see Alex back in the side.
