Most of you know the script now however for the benefit of newcomers we have a poll for every game where you choose what you think the final score will be (we don't bet on Chelsea losing!). We place a small bet on the two scores with the most votes and then crossour fingers.

A nervy 3-1 victory, im sure carlo will give them a good kick up the arse this week. We have a ridiculously good record for opening day fixtures and i struggle to see west brom changing that in a hurry

Can't see anything better than a 1-1 draw, Robbie will have his troops well drilled for his return to mecca

3-1 our attacking play will destroy them, unfortunately we will concede a goal due to a defensive mistake of some sort.

Its been an odd summer with the WC and the preseason, I think there will be a few dodgy results for all the main contenders this season and it might be another season where the winners lose quite a few games.

Be interesting to see whats happening 6 or 7 games in.

I am going for a 2-0 win on this one. I can see West Brom coming to the Bridge with a defensive game plan. In terms of the goalscorers I am going for Lampard and Malouda to score one each.

WBA will play on the counter and since we conceded to Man U on counterattacks i'm sure Carlo would have that sorted out,i'm confident of a clean sheet at least since Cech is back.
