Is it me or are the rumours in general just increasing because the competition is starting this weekend ? At the start of the window I kinda liked it, the whole vibe and tension. But now I just want to see some bloody football. And just one midfielder and a wingback, would make Geert a happy flyer.

Our striker quest has turned out to be a failure , Morata is more of technical and less of physical , when we were not able to get a replacement of Costa why we kicked him out just like that , should have tried to made truce

Moses is not able to handle things properly and we have no replacement and now there are rumors of Hazard interested in spain 

All of this made me feel like we are not interested in competing at all 

U come on here to have a moan?? First post and it's all doom and gloom. If you take the positives, we have and upgrade in midfield, defence and arguably striker. We need maybe 2-3 signings to complete our team. Last year, Luiz, Alonso and Kanté all signed fairly late, i anticipate similar things to happen, and i don't expect any of the players we have already been seriously linked to, something will pop up. 

I reckon Granovskaia is in Spain in an attempt to get this done:

The only story that would be huge just now IMO would involve Coutinho.

Last I heard they turned down 90m.

Don't trust the Star but I'd have Sergi Roberto - I've warmed to the idea, but I'd play him in midfield, not convinced he could do it as a wing back in the prem, but who saw Alonso or Moses doing anything?

Agree about Dembele and Mbappe being major, just assumed it was EPL related.

I suspect if Roberto is a no-go then its back to Cancelao.

I think we are also working on getting the Ox and Drinkwater, all still in the mix, IMO.

Why is everyone identified as 'a top transfer target' ...if he was that high up on the list why have we waited till now to supposedly make an approach.....this transfer window for us has been full of bullsh*t and hype.   Unless someone pulls a f**king rabbit out of the hat soon were f**ked...even a f**king rabbit would help at the moment

He is quoted as playing in both roles though you might be right that RWB is short emergency role.

I'd take Sergi Roberto if he was available, he's better than Chamberlain in my opinion.

Sergi Roberto is a great talent been played out of position all year and still performed well would be a great signing.. make it happen Chels!

He's a great prospect.

I think Barca have said no, so we next move on to Cancelo, I think we are also still in for the Ox and Drinkwater too. I also think we are in for an attacking player though don't know who.
