Barkley, Drinkwater, Ox, Llorente, all mooted but no deal reached. It would have been better if we had not even shown interest than all these confusions. 

I mean we are Chelsea and the current Champions of England and I find it rather strange that we are having difficulties concluding deals or is it that we aren't really interested but just 'pretended' to be? One would have thought that loaning out so many means we will have considerable replacements or upgrades waiting and willing to come. Or maybe our team of negotiators are so rubbish? 

I dont think our first team is bad but with so many competitions to play, we surely need depth just in case....oh just in case of multiple injuries, red cards and suspensions..

If you want youth, then you will have to win by riding on your luck and should not expect trophies. If we really want to use the youth, I am sorry to say that we will be lucky to be in the bottom first half of the league table

The desperation for Chelsea to have an English contingent is the reason why we are chasing Danny, Barkley and Ox .. Its only a matter of time before the media will pick on the fact that there are no English players in the Chelsea squad apart from Cahill who may soon or may not be phased out depending on his form...

It genuinely wouldn't surprise me if we sign no one. 

But English players are mostly sh*te.

Not bothered about us not having c**ts like Sterling or Alli in our side.

I was thinking Candreva was a very likely arrival given that Inter has just bought Cancelo to play on the right.

But apparently Cancelo got seriously injured on international duty, so that deal is probably off, too.

honestly unsure why we never kept van ginkel. i can understand ruben loftus going on loan as he needed the regular mins, but van ginkel would have been ideal as a 4th choice.

It's quite amazing how many signings we've missed out on this year. To name a few off the top of my head: Danilo, Lukaku, Walker, Ox, Sanches, Sandro, Candreva, and also looking like Drinkwater and Barkley.

Spot on! Same with Pasalic who has experience playing with Milan & Monaco, but nope loaned him out in the Russian league. Mind you Pasalic was better than Bakayoko during his loan spell. We are now going to get our pants pulled down for an English bench option.

Agreed I think Pasalic would have been a great option, annoyingly I think he was having work permit issues.

Seriously though I'd be happy with llorente - he's looked a beast in the prem and deffo gives us another dimension than either of our current two strikers.

Swap Bats for Aguero or Sanchez and we're all set.
