I hate him, and I hate his voice, but his reactions to our games in the Champions League last season were f**king fantastic. Loved how much passion he showed, loved how he put club rivalry aside, and loved how much he clearly wanted Chelsea to win.

Has anyone got a clip of just after Drogba scored the winning penalty? When he completely lost it, said loads of random words and ended just saying "Football!"

I swear he also said English football doesn't get any better than this, pretty decent of him to say considering he's a Manc.

I love Gary Neville now, and have gotten to like his "alto" voice. He must be a Chelsea fan way deep down inside.

I hated Gary Neville as a player as much as the next guy but I can't help but love him as a commentator. Last season he was quality for the Chelsea champions league games, he showed passion with his desire for Chelsea to succeed and I can't help but like that.

In fairness he comes out with some comedy lines and actually knows what he's talking about most of the time...
