Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend

Featured Replies

There's a reason Bale is the most expensive player in the world and Sanchez was sold to accommodate Neymar.

Bale is phenomenal, Sanchez is very good.

I think with the exception of Arsenal fans most fans, pundits, journalist and football managers would have Bale over Sanchez.

If Sanchez and Fabregas couldn't cut it in Spain but are tearing up the EPL

maybe the EPL is not as strong as we think?

Sanchez and Fabregas could cut it in Spain, they were actually very good. Fabregas was always behind Xavi and Iniesta and never played in a position or style that suited him best for Barcelona, but he still got a good amount of goals. Here he is playing in his favourite position and a style that suits him, he also knows he is one of the main players, it makes a big difference.

Sanchez was also very good in his time at Barcelona and was improving with every season. Arsenal have actually signed him at the perfect time in his career. He is in his peak years and his style suits the Premier League perfectly. Barcelona were stupid to get rid of him in my opinion, they didn't even need to sign Suarez.

Look at this excuse of an article from the Mirror

Are they condoning this sh*t?

What I take from this article is that the Chelsea kit man has his work cut out (literally) for him when it comes to Eden Hazard's socks.

It looks like he cuts the foot part of his football socks off and wears a pair of sports socks (like you wear with trainers) underneath.

Some people are so fickle when it comes to this sport also, he hasn't had a season yet and already some people would put him down for ballon d'or.

If he keeps this up consistently for another season then I see no reason why not to call him an amazing player. But people seem to forget, at Arsenal alone we had Ozil who was amazing when he first arrived, Nasri 4 years ago looked unbelievable until about February, Fabregas did the same for them just about every year then died out in January.

The bias on here is amazing. As good as Costa is, Kun is different gravy. To also say that Sanchez is not on the same level as Bale is also bloody nonsense.

I didn't say a word about Kun, Aguero for me is the best in the league. But to put Sanchez in the same class as Bale, you're either really overrating Sanchez or criminally underrating Bale, it's either one.

Sums up what's wrong with the attitude to football in this country. It's no wonder we don't produce players like Hazard and Neymar when they just kicked off the pitch by some talentless clogger, who will be lauded for it rather then booted off the pitch himself.

I wasn't reffering to you about Kun.

I do rate Bale highly, but I can't see how hes on a different level to Sanchez tbh, hes hardly been uber spectacular at Madrid and to me hasn't justified his £80m price tag (considering CR7 cost the same).  I would have trouble deciding who I would take at Chelsea if you offered me Bale or Sanchez.

One thing I hold my hands up for is overrating Di Maria. After what I saw yesterday, he's not a £63m player.

he must have sh*tty skinny feet like me, I always wore a pair of normal sports socks under my footie socks to make the boots fit because of my sh*tty skinny feet.

Ah but you're overlooking one vital piece of information.

Bale was at Spurs.

SPURS!

Come on you can't just play the Spurs card, that's just unfair,  you'll win every bloody time.

That Spurs side with Bale isn't much worse than this Arsenal side with Sanchez imo.

Sanchez is complete of wing forward. that lad can score and have decent shot, good dribbling skills, flair, workrate can take free kicks.

I'm seriously not being baised here, I've seen a lot of Alexis Sanchez this season and yeah he obviously have flaws but again he can make it up with scoring some good goals .His main flaws are losing the ball in some good positions and has some erratic passing in b/w. But the thing is his movement and eye for goal is spectacular. He works his socks off every match and also have flair in him that's literally a very good combination. He takes his chances and scores it.

And he was better than Neymar last season as well as this season. Neymar just scores goals, hardly is any creative as Sanchez or Hazard, Reus etc.

This season if you remove Neymars goals he has not been that good. He hardly creates chances.

Bale well I haven't seen much of him this season but statistically Sanchez have been better than him.

The last sentence says a lot. Bale has had an injury this season also, Sanchez has played almost every game for Arsenal. His team also aren't sitting pretty either.

Statistics don't come into everything, watch Bale play, he is another class, can do just about anything with the ball, Sanchez doesn't strike me as that good. I think he's a top player but he's not on that level and I doubt he ever will be. That's not overrating Bale either it's just the truth, watch him play, he might not score as much as Ronaldo does but he can do anything Ronaldo can, even better to be honest, he absolutely goes through players at times.

Uniteds big money spending doesn't scare me but if they get Bale, I'll even admit I wont be happy about that, it will take them time to build such a team that can play together but they will have bizarre quality with Bale and Di Maria especially.

If Bale were to come back to the EPL I am sure we would move heaven and earth to sign him. Exactly the sort of player JM would want I think. I rate him as a more complete player than Hazard.

The thought of him at United or Citeh is chilling to be honest.

Both great players Just and I wouldn't say no to Bale but not at the expense of Hazard. If I had to choose one I would still go with Eden. He is younger, still improving and doesn't (touch wood) miss anything like the number of games Bale does through injuries.

Hazard is more handsome too lets not forget that.
