It contained some very offensive remarks from a poster who has now been banned. The Mods very probably felt that they did not want rival fans coming on and reading this filth from someone who purported to be a Chelsea fan.

No, I think possibly the problem was that so many people had quoted his posts to protest about them, that they were all over the place. 

 

If there is a post you find offensive it is much better to report it immediately to the mods rather than quote it and thereby give it extra air time.

Good decision by the mods, people are fuming. Stupid things are being said and he was rightly banned. Liverpool were dirty today, let's not lower ourselves down to their level.

Nonsense Mr. Friend did his job perfectly, just as Mr. Benitez. Give us one pen to look fair, deny multiple other things and play to Liverpool score and screw us. Nice bonus from the FA coming his way, and a good job by "agent Rafa" as he is know by some Kopities.

I hope we get the thread back eventually because I was really looking forward to reading the reactions.

 

Edit: Just to be clear, what I meant was that I am looking forward to reading the reactions of Liverpool's late goal, NOT the banned poster.
