You can understand it from a gooner pov. If drogba had come back and joined arsenal, we would be fuming too. It's their own fault for not signing him. We have the manager who can improve him, no doubt about that.

There's this misguided rumour going round that Arsenal inserted a clause stating that they receive 50% of the transfer fee when Fabregas is sold. It's actually 50% of the profit. As they sold him for £30m and we bought him for £27m, they actually get 50% of nothing.

So all in all Arsenal owe Barcelona half of Barca's loss :-)

Arsenal fans all over there Ramseys had one good season so far, its like how they overrate Wilshere. I really don't get it with him at all.

I really like the way we've been going about our transfer business. There's no messing about, chasing unavailable players (aside from the Rooney saga). If we like a player and he's available we go after him. Liverpool messed around and we took Salah from under their nose. Tottenham messed around and we took Willian. We smartly pounced on Zouma and Matic mid-season to fill some holes. Fabregas only just became available and we locked him up before other clubs had a chance to hijack the deal. By all accounts we have Costa so nailed down his signing is merely a formality and other clubs aren't even bothering to show interest.

At this rate, we'll have our squad sorted and settled long before pre-season starts. Other clubs will dilly-dally, end up paying big bucks at the last minute to complete their rosters and start the season unsettled. Hats off to Jose and the club.

    Yeah if we can get most of our signings cemented prior to pre-season then that's gonna give us an advantage, I don't want to jinx anything so I'll knock on wood when I say this but I really do think we'll win big next season.
