Him and Hazard aren't out and out wingers though and its like they were told to stick out wide and not roam or come inside, was horrible to watch. Willian and Hazard are number 10's i like the way Klopp plays 3 up top, play narrow and are allowed to roam.

i mean he was so bad yesterday, i think his pass accuracy was like below 70%? what i really like about willian is that he has power and a strong physique complementing his pace as a winger, and the fact that yesterday he can't get past 4foot1 25lbs coutinho is just mind blowing

He doesn't seem right. Never looks happy.

Willian is the worst number 10 at the club, you need to be able to pass and be creative. 

Really hope Jose wants him in January and gives us Martial in return! 

Can this lad please leave the club. He's lived off those freekicks last season. Moses offers more offensively.

He is miles better than Oscar and Matic so I can't see a reason why he should leave here. We have players that are far worse than him. Playing Oscar yesterday made us look like we were playing Liverpool with a man down.

I am not sure but i think either of his parent is in the hospital. Lets give him some leeway for personal reasons. Also whats our options? Moses and LOLro? Atleast with oscar out, we actually IMPROVE ten-folds (with cesc). With willian out, we are worse off.

I don't understand the criticism that willian's having.. He didn't light up the world but at least he still put a decent performance and also I fail to see how the likes of pedro/moses are better option than him, maybe pedro can be sometimes but on a regular basis? willian is ahead..

Willian didn't put in a decent performance but even if some people do think that performance was decent that is half the problem. Willian only mainly puts in average to decent performances. The same problem is with Oscar too, Chelsea need players of higher ability.

The other problem is Chelsea don't have anyone better to replace these players with. Chelsea lack a lot of creativity to the other teams fighting for the top 4.

Funny. Jose was never given this level of sympathy last season when his father was in the hospital.

Our best XI is actually a lot better than most teams in the league.. I want to use Hazard-Cesc-Costa-Batshuayi all together in the team and for that we need willian type of player to ease out kante's burden..

Could it be worth putting him into Oscar's role as the CAM? He's got a better engine than Oscar and is a better dribbler, at the very least he might be better at drawing in defenders to create room for Hazard & Costa.

Hard to phrase this without sounding like I'm completely slagging him off but I just don't think he's a very intelligent player.

In terms of technical ability he's very good but he just doesn't know how to apply his skill set.

He too often slows down play because he's not very instinctive, you rarely see him beat an offside trap because he doesn't know how to time a run beyond the last man, he just waits for ball to feet all the time.

For an attacking player, especially one that takes so many set pieces, he just doesn't score or assist enough goals for me.

 

All work rate and very little end result again. I heard a pundit saying last week about Willian, he was player of the season last year because everyone else was just terrible for one reason or another. A bit harsh but true, we did sell a player won 2 POS in a row, and we didn't finish as low as 10 either. if that James rumour comes back again, we really should make it happen.

We really need to start having more goal scorers on the pitch. Costa is the only one who does it consistently. Hazard has his moments. Conte has to find a way to get Michy in the fold.

Jose's father was not in the hospital when he decided to make Oscar his number 1 number 10 ahead of KDb. Jose's father was not in hospital when he chose to buy etoo for a year rather than putting his trust in Lukaku, all the while saying things like "i have eggs" or that "we are small horses".

Most of Jose's blunders were done in the first year itself.

Plenty of desire and effort but he's basically redundant in the final third of the park.

He can't beat a man, he can't use his skill set to make something out of nothing and it's a rare day he scores a goal. His corners are terrible usually while his free kicks tend to be miss rather than hit. Because he scored a few peaches last season some had him down as some free kick specialist but like Oscar it was just a purple patch and nothing more.

I like him as a squad player but if we want to be in the elite you have to have someone who can influence the game.

Hopefully Conte has realized now that Willian needs to be dropped! 

I think his energy would be better suited to being in the middle, sort of like a Ramires character who can run all day and burst through the middle. We need someone more creative on the wing, who can assist and score with some degree of regularity.

I must seriously be watching a different game, I think he is really valuable, willing to try different things in games and force the issue.

Was an ever present in the premiership winning team (which says something) and was arguably our best last season.

If we shift Willian to the center, who replaces willian on the wing? Moses? Pedro? Oscar? None are as good as willian. I think the first change that needs to be done is getting cesc back in the team in place of Oscar and adding a pinch of creativity to the team.
