Dave yet again for me. Ramires and Willian put in massive shifts again too.

 

Torres decent, Schurrle started well. Everyone was below par 2nd half, didn't look like scoring.

Not a Schurrle fan but thought he done quiet well first half. For me Willian was our worst player and in the second half I thought he would be responsible for a Gala winner. Got nervous every time he touched the ball.

Thought Terry and Cahill had good games. I'm split about who's fault the goal was. Either Terry or Cech could have dealt

with but neither took responabilty.

1. Azpi, solid at the back, only player to offer any actual end product going forward bar Torres.

2. Torres, decent movement, had the beating of their defenders time and again. On another day would have got more goals but for better end product.

3. Brana, solid and very rarely caught out.

we call him Dave. Ate up that gooner phuck ebouee, who was resorting to dives & should have been given a yellow for his weak efforts.

The fact that Oscar has picked it up speaks volumes about his recent form sadly.

Dave is a classic 7/10 every match sort of player, so when the rest of the team is only 5-6 that makes him MOTM by default.

I'm really starting to think Dave may be my player of the year. Solid season top to bottom so far.

Everyone else was ordinary, injured or knackered.

Dave without a doubt. That's two games in a row for me :) HM to Willian, Rambo and Lamps.

Thought the first half was superb, everyone playing their part. The second wasn't as good but not as bad as what some are making it out to be. It's like people think we can't win the return leg...at home.

I'm voting for the big plaster on Ramires nose, which made him look like Deputy Dawg.....

Strangely I thought Dave had his worst game of the season. Still done alright I thought.
