Mixed bag with Demba Ba.

Kept cool and camly finished.

Bullied the CBs Drogba-like.

Made a mess of some good attacks and looked knackered from about 70mins onwards.

 

 

Got my MOTM vote. All on his own up front and was a right handful. Constantly fouled all afternoon by Skirttel and Sakho and yet Atkinson hardly gave him a single decision.

 

The goal itself was calmness personified, and he still had an awful lot to do when he picked the ball up.

 

 

Pity he wasn't given more opportunities this season. A few more goals from that mixed bag and we could well have had the title sewn up by now.
