So every player has a slide and a tumble every now and then but it seems to me that some CFC players do it more frequently and at crucial times .

 

For example  - Terry v Arsenal at the Bridge in 2011 , Azpilicuetta last week against Sunderland and the countless number of times Ramires loses his footing at keys times .

 

Why is this? Is the Bridge over watered? Do our players wear boots which have less traction? Or is it just random luck?

 

Ramires is truly shocking for it to be honest

I've noticed a lot of our players tend to slip a lot, Hazard is one who doesn't usually, low centre of gravity.

Probably because you watch a lot more Chelsea games than games of any other team.

I think the boots they wear now are so light, allowing for better speed but trading off with a less steady grip.

but we do play on the same pitch as the team we're playing so that would impact both teams.

Boots may be? A lot of boots nowdays are like carpet slippers. Adidas world cups are a classic boot maybe the lads should all go old school.
