Mr Pink

I'll take your Biscam & raise you Jokanovic

Your move.

Sorry SP. I feel like i've been a bit harsh on Biscam now. I've just remembered the one and thank God the only Christian Poulsen.

Do your worst.

Not wanting to get into the middle of a lovers spat, but I'll see your Poulsen, and raise you 1 Eddie Newton - My wife got hit in the face by a cross-field pass from Eddie.  In the East Upper.

The argument breaks down though when you realise terry, lampard etc have not only kept their place in a team but been the stand out stars in a side riddle with outstanding world stars, and also while expensive player came and went.

Watching Madrid derby and the debut of a certain £50m flop...anyway, apparently bale is copping loads of criticism etc in Madrid...they really are a weird club...spend a fortune on a player and so quick to turn on them and look for the next best thing...considering bake has scored in major finals for them, I'm surprised he's not appreciated more

Mineiro

I'm sticking purely to players that have played with JT & Frank, if you'd like I can bring up some truly sh*t players who didn't.

Same with my names. Unfortunately both have played with Gerrard. I've no doubt we could name crap players all night, but would you say in the last ten years have ever wanted many of the players from our squad?

What's better

Standing out in a team full of stars, or dragging a team through?

I think that if you're surrounded by quality it can only help your game.

In my opinion, I do believe dragging a team through constantly is harder

But, that's just my opinion

Love how the commentators said Bale did nothing wrong

Great officiating

A few from your first team yes, but you've had no strength in your squad.

And that's why I believe Gerrards work at Liverpool is heralded in the way that it is.

RichardCFC, You say that but then when Berahino and Charlie Austin are being priced up at £25 million because of their nationalities, Bony at £30 in the modern game doesn't look too bad, The only reason it's a bit of a head scratcher and this is something you might agree with me on is, He clearly won't start ahead of Aguero so in essence we are paying £30 million for a 2nd choice striker, That's where I think the doubting of the price tag is coming in. If Spurs or Liverpool paid £30 million for him right now, We'd all say that's about the right price considering he will be their main man.

£30m for a second striker to partner Aguero when you play with 2 upfront (pelegrini's preferred formation) isn't bad at all and with Aguero and Jovetic's injury record he'll play a lot of games.

I think it's because the media genuinely believe that Liverpool are everyones second team!

How wrong they are.

The Spanish referees are a big reason as to why I hate watching Liga or Copa del Rey games.

They literally blow their whistle over every little contact.

For people wondering how Torres is doing: I don't recall him touching the ball without being offside.

No, not everyone's. Just most will do.

I'm watching the Madrid game as well, just to check Torres' debut. Absolutely nothing has changed and I do not miss him one single bit. I hope he's happy where he is.
