February 16, 201511 yr Diving for a penalty against Division Three opposition? That's a new low. Hang your head in f**king shame Manchester United. Haha Division Three? That's old skool dog Edited February 16, 201511 yr by Blueblur
February 16, 201511 yr Matt Le Tissier ?@mattletiss7 19s19 seconds ago Rooney didnt dive to get out of the way of the challenge he did it to win a penalty. Get real people Edited February 16, 201511 yr by Adam
February 16, 201511 yr Only watched the second half but a few observations .. 1. Dowd should have sent off Davies for a second yellow. Pathetic refereeing. 2. Rooney dived. We can only imagine the headlines if a Chelsea player had done that. 3. Di Maria looks nowhere near a £60m player. He is really struggling. Looks pretty ordinary. 4. 1 defeat in 19 is impressive, whichever way you spin it. 5. I don't care who wins out of Utd and Arsenal so long as they go on to beat Liverpool. 6. Get Phil Neville off my f**king telly.
February 16, 201511 yr I wonder what Keown would have said if that was Diego Costa diving like that. I guarantee his reaction would have been different. Is it really that hard to find competent people to do punditry and commentary ?
February 16, 201511 yr If he wanted to get out of the way way he could've jumped. He fell down in a forwards motion
February 16, 201511 yr They sent Fellini out for the interview. Interesting to see if Rooney appears and they ask about the dive.
February 16, 201511 yr Ahaha, this is absolutely diabolical punditry. Rooney's offside was 'great play'?!? f**k off.
February 16, 201511 yr Lordy, with the up and coming youngsters JT for England manager please. Edited February 16, 201511 yr by Droogba
February 16, 201511 yr Well done Kevin Kilbane, called the dive. Mowbray, Keown, Neville, Hodgson. Go f**k yourselves.
February 16, 201511 yr The excuses being made for rooney are both hilarious and unbelievable. The clearest dive you will ever see.
February 16, 201511 yr Kevin Kilbane is the only one on the BBC that is showing any class here, the rest are making twats of themselves. Rooney cheated, it's as simple as that.
February 16, 201511 yr I'm sure that if Costa, Suarez or Ronaldo had made that dive it also would have been passed off as 'evasive action'.
February 16, 201511 yr Wayne Rooney, frequenter of prostitutes as fine as Helen Wood and humiliator of a pregnant wife. What a fine example of a man.
February 16, 201511 yr Didn't watch the game but just seen a replay of Rooney's dive, that's pretty much what Oscar was booked and derided for when he went over against Southampton last season... The players "anticipating" the contact and making the decision to go over before there is any. Don't like it and it's shameful that anyone, let alone the England manager, is defending it.
February 16, 201511 yr Utd beat Arsenal in the quarters, then beat Liverpool in the semis, that will hurt the dippers most, then Utd lose to Bradford in the final. You heard it here first.
February 16, 201511 yr Lucky Liverpool. Only main rivals face each other while they get a home draw. Media will love that.

It goes to show just how out of touch with supporters the players and managers can be. I think most fair minded supporters detest blatant diving, shirt pulling, wrestling in the box at corners etc, even if it's done by our own team. It will never stop until those within the game change their attitude, and that's never going to happen.
