I'm going up to Newcastle at the weekend (I went to uni there) and will try and get a ticket in the West Ham end. Like Spud said, it's never nice to wish for a side to go down, but they really deserve it.

Props to Leicester. Always looked the most likely out of the 3 promoted sides to stay up and they've managed to do so. I don't really rate Pearson, but they've played well since April. 

Gerrard will score today I reckon. He'll be taking pot shots from everywhere to try and go out with a goal, and he'll probably get passed to at every opportunity to help him.

 

Then Rodgers will take him off with 5 mins to go so he gets an ovation and he'll wax lyrical in his interview about Gerrard's character and how he's special.

Trust me he is, even some of the guys who work on the guardian podcast have been told by people at Bayern that they still believe in his "project". They haven't exactly had a disaster season, winning the title and semi finals of the Champions League isn't a bad season. If he had longer than a year left I'd agree with you but I am a 100% confident he'll still be at Bayern next season. If I am wrong I'll happily admit to it mind.
