Have had a horrible thought about Brendan's Bingo. Am going to have to listen to him more to mark off the card. Could mean I end up mentally scarred. To alleviate the pain and suffering of having to listen to Brenda I'll have to watch recordings of Chelsea games and have a few glasses of whisky.

There was a beauty at today's press conference. Quizzed on the Gerrard departure, Brendan said "History shows that great players here have moved on and it's an opportunity for the club and other players to grab the mantra and make their presence here felt."

I've never seen a mantra grabbed so I'm looking forward to that. Also good that the club will now have a chance to make its presence felt - what a load of verbal garbage!
