March 23, 201511 yr Ah right it was Speed with Keanu Reeves. Reminds me of this video, he does an impression of Keanu Reeves that only takes about 10 seconds but you can instantly see it's him. Bit is at 2.36 but I recommend watching the total 4mins haha.
March 23, 201511 yr Don't seem to be able to quote anymore but anyway, Hate the bloke as much as any Chelsea fan bit to be fair has to stick up for his own players, that is minimum. It's the FA I have a problem with if they don't get the same treatment as Costa
March 23, 201511 yr SPEED! One of my faves. Wow, I never took you for a meth head, Gem. I'm partial to acid but to each their own ;)
March 23, 201511 yr He reminds me so much of Rafa Benitez, obviously not playing style, but he just says stupid things on purpose to please them and get in the Liverpool fans good books.

March 25, 201511 yr *cough* "The importance of the win [against Hull] showed on the players' faces and that of the manager afterwards. When you set the standard so high as we have done from the word go, then start dropping points at home and go out of the Champions League, once again it comes back down to character. It's immense in the dressing room, there is an awful lot of experience in there. It will serve the younger lads well, too.It was an important three points going into the international break. For everyone to dwell over that for two weeks was massive." Edited March 25, 201511 yr by PloKoon13
April 3, 201511 yr In the middle of the Sterling issue Brendan reminded everyone that "Liverpool are one of the superpowers of football" Really? Seems to me if you have to keep on spouting this stuff it really shows that you know it's not true. Like a political spin doctor Brendan tells the scousers what they want to hear not how it really is.

I now have an image in my mind of Brenton wearing his panties over his trews batman style.
April 3, 201511 yr I love this fake story I saw on facebook. I apologise if it's been posted elsewhere: "Steven Gerrard could have played his last game for Liverpool following a spectacular bust-up with manager Brendan Rodgers. The Reds captain, who is currently serving a three-match suspension, has already agreed to join Los Angeles Galaxy at the end of the campaign. But the chances of Gerrard returning to action before then have grown increasingly unlikely after the 34-year-old stumbled across a scrap of paper with his name on, tucked inside an envelope in Rodgers' office. One the eve of each new season, the Northern Irishman is believed to pick out the names of three players he feels will cost Liverpool over the course of the campaign. These are then written down and stored in sealed envelopes in a Fileofax on Rodgers' desk. In past years, the Reds boss has opted to play safe by selecting those he knows have nowhere better to be, like Brad Jones or Jose Enrique, but changed his approach after Gerrard's slip against Chelsea last April and subsequent sabotage of England's World Cup hopes, two months later. Rodgers was also well aware that this season could prove to be Gerrard's last, but came unstuck when he left his Melwood office unattended while making his way to a forgotten tooth-whitening appointment. "Brendan was in a hurry and unlike usual, left his door unlocked while he was out, " a Liverpool source revealed. "Fabio Borini was on his way there to question his lack of recent action and noticed his manager's error. "The lads thought it'd be funny to try and find the envelopes, so they could take the piss out of Brad and Jose again, like last year. Some of them had speculated that Glen Johnson's name might also make an appearance. "A few others, Mario (Balotelli) and Mama (Sakho), posed for selfies in Rodgers' Rosary beads, while Jordan Rossiter and Jon Flan(agan) stuck fake moustaches on photos of his family - despite Joe Allen telling them not to. "The banter quickly stopped when they finally found the envelopes and saw Stevie's name instead. All the other lads left but he was waiting when Brendan got back. Gerrard is said to have confronted his boss, who tried to talk his way out of the situation by explaining, in unembellished depth, why he was in fact right all along. The long-serving midfielder was then heard to mumble: "Brendan F***ing Todger more like" as he stormed off the premises. He is reported to have informed the staff on reception he would not be coming back." Edited April 3, 201511 yr by NorthernMonkey
April 4, 201511 yr Just now on BBC "In the second half the played with pride and character " There's nothing wrong with using the word but he doesn't go an interview without saying it
April 4, 201511 yr Its his lips which are gross. They're all chapped and dry. Proper gross. He needs to get some vaseline on them.
April 7, 201511 yr possibly the strangest thing I have read on a football forum ? Did make me laugh .....
April 9, 201511 yr Author Liverpool's charge towards the Champions League places has been curtailed by defeats to Manchester United and Arsenal but midfielder Henderson feels the Ewood Park result will help get things back on track. "It was a really important game for us today," he said. "I think everybody has been disappointed over the last couple of weeks with performances and results. "But I think we showed great character today. We knew when we came here they'd make it difficult for us but from start to finish we controlled the game, I thought we were brilliant. April 14, 201511 yr I'm with Raheem, if he was my manager I too would have to have laughing gas on tap.
April 14, 201511 yr I'm with Raheem, if he was my manager I too would have to have laughing gas on tap. This smacks of a set up to me, Liverpool are a dirty club and resort to dirty tactics to get what they want. They don't want to sell him and want to force him to accept the new offer. Clubs will think twice now. Feel sorry for Raheem to be honest.
