April 29, 201511 yr "We'll do the best we can and Manchester City's result at the weekend gives us an opportunity to finish second." Rodgers after beating Swansea 17 March ... "We wanted to be in that top four but it was always going to be difficult for us with the way our season mapped itself out". Rodgers last night ... Yeah it's difficult if you don't win your games.
April 29, 201511 yr Author Balotelli was heckled by home fans as he made just 22 touches in the match. "I think it's clear over the course of the season, not just in this game, that he's struggling," said Rodgers, 42. "I spoke to the players at the end and I told them that we have an obligation to fight right to the end of the season," he added. "It's fair to say every single player here is playing for his future." Ahh i see, not your fault at all Brendan
April 29, 201511 yr When I read that quote before reading your last part the first thing I thought was 'typical, never his fault...' Great minds and all that.
April 29, 201511 yr The man talks gibberish, how on earth does a season 'map itself out' ? Well, there was Stevie G's heat map.
April 29, 201511 yr When I read that quote before reading your last part the first thing I thought was 'typical, never his fault...' Great minds and all that. It's the Season Fairy.
April 29, 201511 yr Rogers has 5 strikers on the books at Liverpool and their goal difference is only +10. 3 of his summer signings started the game on the bench, with said players worth £50m. 2/3 of the money raised from the Suarez sale. Shocking stuff. lets look back at this gem of a video
April 29, 201511 yr For once he is starting to really get it now on social media. The new Deluded Rodgers twitter account is now viral and I've seen nothing but piss taking pictures over football pages of 'character'. People are now finally picking up on it.
April 30, 201511 yr God, that guy is such a massive bellend. He's the one who called us 'rentboys' after we beat them at Anfield and got so much abuse that he had to de-list the video from Youtube. Twat.
April 30, 201511 yr He's the one who called us 'rentboys' after we beat them at Anfield and got so much abuse that he had to de-list the video from Youtube. Twat. I remember it well - tosser. That's him not you by the way. Edited April 30, 201511 yr by Beerqueen
April 30, 201511 yr That the little specky milky bar kid? He makes me laugh so much, the kind of guy who would say F**k all to your face.
April 30, 201511 yr And Jose's an f'ing rent boy too, according to him! The Bell End, went off line for a while because of the (well deserved) abuse he got. Edited April 30, 201511 yr by NorthernMonkey
May 3, 201511 yr Asked if Liverpool would give Mourinho’s men a guard of honour, Rodgers said: “Absolutely. This club is based on dignity and respect and class. looks like we will get a guard of honour next week
May 3, 201511 yr Asked if Liverpool would give Mourinho’s men a guard of honour, Rodgers said: “Absolutely. This club is based on dignity and respect and class. looks like we will get a guard of honour next week I think I'd enter into some sort of diabetic coma from the the sugary delicious sweet goodness that image would bring.
May 6, 201511 yr Follow deluded Brendan on twitter. Gold Do you mean 'Brendan Rodgers okay?' Zola? Is it a spoof account (a very funny one)? I think it is but he has a lot of people who reply seriously to his tweets.
May 6, 201511 yr No this one: Deluded Brendan ?@DeludedBrendan 16m16 minutes ago No goals for Luis Suarez Looks like I was correct to cash him in for Rickie Lambert
May 6, 201511 yr Follow deluded Brendan on twitter. Gold That's brilliant. If you take Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City and Man United out of the equation then we are actually 1st. That in my mind is progress. Chelsea winning the league reminds me of when I won Championship playoffs with Swansea. A similarly great achievement I'm not saying I'm giving up on winning the Premier League but Chelsea's victory has severely hampered our chances Im gutted to lose Jon Flanagan for the rest of the season, for me he's up there with Glen Johnson as one of the best full backs in the world

May 6, 201511 yr If you watch that milky bar kid's video on YouTube the Mancs fairly rip into him, it's rather funny. In seriousness, I think that lad has some issues. Plays it up for the camera, laughs hysterically at his own story and talks about letting Mario come and have willing intercourse with him...f**king deluded. I remember another RedMen link that was posted in here where him and another couple of lads were going on about how horrible Jose is, with use of rather a lot of profanity. There was an older Liverpool head in the room with them and you could see that even he was embarrassed. Also, I know a number of these RAWK-ites, and RedMen always slate Jose (as do Arsenal "I'd rather finish 4th than play the way Jose does"), but I guarantee they'd take him in a heartbeat. I've asked a couple of Liverpool lads I know if they think Rodgers will be there next season, and they've to a man said "yes, he needs time to finish what he's started." Not sure what exactly he has started. The sad fact that Liverpool fans should realize, is that Suarezcarried them to that 2nd position. Then Brendan's comments about no sympathy for Soton, and Tottenh*m should be competing after spending 100 million. It shows him for how inept a manager he really is. However, I think Klopp will go to City, so who could Liverpool realistically target as a manager if they did get rid of Rodger? I can only think of them luring Ra-fat back.
May 7, 201511 yr His delusions, tactical ineptness and dismal transfer dealings aside, Brendan seems like a manager who can get the best out of his players. Coutinho, Strurridge, Sterling, Henderson and nowadays Mignolet.
May 7, 201511 yr Not really Rodgers, but probably best place to put it: Redmen TV with The Milky Bar Kid on Sunday's match and the guard of honour. Pretty honest stuff for a change. And not quite as hateful. Edited May 7, 201511 yr by NorthernMonkey
May 7, 201511 yr Only watched the first few minutes. "deserved champions and we should give them a guard of honour" was enough for me. Stopped watching when they started saying that some Chelsea fans didn't seem happy enough - don't know what they were watching and didn't want to know. But I got the distinct impression that they were being less bitter because of the attention that twat got before! Edited May 7, 201511 yr by Beerqueen
