September 8, 201411 yr Still I would like to know the truth about his injury as claimed by the scousers. I guess that is something we will never know.
September 9, 201411 yr Still I would like to know the truth about his injury as claimed by the scousers. I guess that is something we will never know. Redknapp already said there was nothing wrong with Remy, so yeah as you are saying, pretty much bull sh*t. It was only because Borini decided to stay that they had no choice but to reject Remy instantly.
September 9, 201411 yr Author Redknapp already said there was nothing wrong with Remy, so yeah as you are saying, pretty much bull sh*t. It was only because Borini decided to stay that they had no choice but to reject Remy instantly. There's alot of rumours why but Borini staying seems the most plausible. I read it meant they couldn't afford Remy's wages.
September 13, 201411 yr And he tucks one away on debut into the corner! From having no clinical strikers for several years to having two this season - it's a refreshing change of pace!
September 13, 201411 yr Great finish from the lad delighted for him proved fairly crucial in the end to needed that 2 goal cushion.
September 13, 201411 yr Author Nice typo! 'Buts' is goals in french! Haha it was a typo not intentional
September 15, 201411 yr Good cameo from Remy. Took the goal really well and it was no tap in either...a cracking finish. That will do his confidence the world of good and hopefully this is one of many from him.
September 15, 201411 yr Remy is clearly a clinical finisher and he'll score goals which is just what we need as a sub who will start some games. Glad to see him score so early in his Chelsea career.
September 16, 201411 yr So happy for him to score his first. I was concerned about him coming a sub for a person who's on fire at da moment !!! but he proved that he can handle it well done Remy
September 16, 201411 yr Author With his ability to score goals I think we finally have a world class back up. Still can't believe Liverpool pulled the plug on him and Arsenal didn't go for him.
September 16, 201411 yr Don't think he is world class... Very good back up but let's not go overboard... Edited September 16, 201411 yr by RFC_CFC
September 16, 201411 yr Don't think he is world class... Very good back up but let's not go overboard... Define world class.
September 16, 201411 yr Define world class. One of the best strikers in the world today. He's not anywhere near that IMO.
September 16, 201411 yr One of the best strikers in the world today. He's not anywhere near that IMO. If that is your definition their must be only 2 world class forwards, to be 'one of the best' implies you need to be as good as the best, the best being Messi, and only Ronaldo is on his level, so that makes it 2 world class forwards on the planet.
September 16, 201411 yr Honestly I took world class backup to mean exactly that. Someone who is among the best backups.
September 16, 201411 yr In dutch we call this 'antf**king'. In english 'nitpicking' is the term I believe. Edited September 16, 201411 yr by CFCholland

Hmmm nope that's not what I said. I said one of the best strikers in the world For example Zlaten is one of the best strikers in the world and I'd class him as world class. The term can mean different things to different people. If Bobby meant world class backup as Xfactor suggests then I'd understand it more as it's hard to have genuine quality back-up these days. It could go round in circles though as you have no idea what I hold as world class and I have no idea what you class as world class....
