He's 26 years old; is he gonna be substantially better than Schürrle and Willian that he is worth 23m? Considering what I've seen of him: I don't think so. Good player, but if we want to improve our right wing we have to come with something better in my opinion. I don't believe José wants to buy him.

He can also play as a striker and we need another one of those if Bamford isn't ready for prime time.

If the club is bidding this much on a winger, then Reus must not be a realistic option anymore.

He'd be a better-than replacement for Salah. That much is for sure.

Agreed. I'd guess if we have bid for Cuadrado, Reus' people have made noises about the Madrid deal.   Or could just be that Reus is refusing to move in Jan and wants a summer move. (then again if that was the case we'd just wait if we really wanted him)

I would say that he's a better fit for the side than Salah or Schurrle. Technically a strong player so would fit in seamlessly.

I've only seen him at the World Cup as well, but according to WhoScored he's had a good season. 16 apps. 4 goals. 4 assists. Played mainly as a no.10 or on the right flank. Good dribbling and passing stats.

I prefer him to Willian myself. Technically probably similar but better end product from Cuadrado.

Bit too similar to Willian for my liking. 

Am a bit torn on him tbh. Ive seen him turn in some mind shattering performances, were he looks like an absolute superstar in the making and I think he would fit perfectly on our RW. Then he just goes on the fritz and completely disappear for several games in a stretch and I find myself thinking how overrated he is. 

I think his end product is a lot better and more consistant then Willians, but then again, Gervinho looks to have elite end product playing in Italy so theres that.

It would be a stupid move, we don't need a replacement for Salah since he is not playing anyways. Cuadrado is no upgrade on Shurrle or Willian either. We need to wait until summer to either land Reus, or another world class winger that will become available. 

Pretty much anyone is an upgrade on Salah, if he goes and we bring this lad in if nothing else we've added some depth.

Could see Schurrle going in the summer as well if this does happen.

Decent player imo. Wouldn't be an upgrade on Willian and Schurrle on scoring wise. But he's much more creative than either and can cause havoc in the wing FWIW. Good dribbler as well.

Always thought he was a Jose player because he does (on his day) have a high workrate. Defensively he's actually pretty solid and he offers a greater goal threat than Willian, but he is going to be 27 before the season ends. Like others I'm torn on this one especially as it may well signal Schurrle's exit.

I hope so as well. I also think there is a good chance to either grab Isco or Jese, if Real Madrid buys Reus.
