Matic, bossed the midfield. He broke up play a fair few times and was strong on the ball. Azpilicueta was very good too.

Every player deserves it, but since we're allowed to choose only one, so I went with Matic.

Hard to call between Matic, Cahill and JT for me. All were superb today. Hazard won the pen and scored the goal but those defensive three ran the game.

 

Voted for Cahill, think he deserves it just after a superb run in the side of late.

Mikel for me, changed the game when he came on and made some great attacking contributions as well. 

Can barely even remember what happened in this game already, was too busy celebrating.

Went for Willian. Different class this game and the second half of the season to his early performances.

I think today summed us up in 2015. No real stand-outs but a very well organised team performance with nearly everyone playing a part. As we looked so much better after he came on I am going for Mikel. Thought he had a very good 45 and did make a difference and proved once again what a handy squad player he is.

 

My only regret today is none of the youngsters getting a run out but at 1-0, we couldn't take the risk. I hope a few of them get some game time in the remaining matches, but knowing Jose, I have doubts.

Mikel, if Drogba had scored from his ball over the top that would have been the second best assist of the season after Fabregas vs Burnley.

Mikel came on and was very good too. If you need proof of how well he played Nibs voting for him should do it.

Willian for me with Cesc and Matic not far behind.

Really impressed with how Willian has stepped up recently, bodes well for next season.

Went with Cesc Fabregas- a very good footballer who finally gets the medal he deserves.

 

plus he wore a hat today.

another solid Team performance, but IMHO Matic stood out the most. Happy to see him return to CFC & get some Silverware.

Interesting that Willian started in central midfield, had another very good game, but I thought Matic was the pick, so I've voted for him.

John Obi Wan for having a shot on goal... 

 

Would have liked to have seen a bit more ambition from us second half, but accept it was all about the result - Mikel helped control the midfield and played a pivotal role in Jose's gameplan.
