Unbelievable fitness level from the Redbulls 

Pre-season is completely meaningless results-wise. We'll probably end up beating Barca.

I believe we are actually being mocked by the fans there. Cheering when we can string a few passes together, booed when we Lise the ball cheaply.

Judging by the finishing we missed falcao more lol

Build up play was ok throughout, we dominated the first half and probably had better chances throughout the game. With players being match fit and i think we would have comfortably won that. It just shows how important match fitness is in football.

 

The best part is we haven't picked up any injuries.

To be fair, friendly or not, that was a huge win for what was basically a team of teenagers in the end.  I'd be pretty happy to if I were them.

On the positive side it was played at frantic pace so it was a good fitness test. Don't really care about the performance, just glad to see us play again.

Only caught the last 15 minutes but really looks as if it could have been one of those games with a fifa score line 9-4 or something some absolute sitters missed.

Embarrassing performance, just have to laugh at it, thankfully this game will be forgotten in about a week. I guess we will put put on another 5M on the table for Stone after this disgraceful defensive performance. I believe the defence is an one off, last time we were this bad was against Spurs on new year day. But our inability to score goals still remain, how many open chances do we need to score a goal? I know this is the knee jerk reaction of the preseason, but we could use a Pedro who has a pretty consistent record of scoring goals.

He can play anywhere across defence but his best position is right back. He looks a much much better prospect than Wallace.
