Following Our Nearest & Dearest Rivals, 2015/2016

I am pleased for Wales and Northern Ireland, don't get me wrong. But these qualifiers haven't half dragged on. I haven't even watched England since the World Cup.

I can't stand the soulless bowl which is the new(ish) Wembley Stadium. I hate ITV and their England cliches. I hate the way everyone still classes Rooney as our saviour when in fact he looks like a pub player these days. And I f**king hate Roy Hodgson's 'tactics'.

It's all a huge borefest.

^This. Spot on.

Watching the Ukraine v Spain match & you can see Jose Mourinho in the shadows w/ a hoodie on. Wonder if he is scouting the Dynamo Kiev players

Read some articles that Jose was scouting Yarmolenko.

Not really credible news though. He would certainly bring something new into our game if he joins.

Had a dream last night that Leicester secretly signed Edgar Davids and didn't announce it until they published their team lineup.

I remember watching Davids and Kanté warming up together and thinking "this will be one hell of a partnership". Seemingly my unconscious mind didn't twig that something was off...

There hasn't been nearly enough Eminem puns in this thread after Rich's initial remark. When the opportunity arises on here most members start rolling them off and you can Lose Yourself in them.

Every single headline/top articles are all about Klopp and how he's going to transform Liverpool, how he's building the team spirit, how he works, how he's going to lead them victory... He's a hard guy to dislike but FFS, pass the bucket.

As an Englishman, I really dislike international footy now. Not because we are boring to watch, just because of the pointless qualifying group stages. We have the likes of Northern Ireland and Wales qualifying now and no disrespect to those nations but UEFA have really watered down the Euros now, just to stretch the thing on longer.

It's farcical when you think about it. Thank god proper football is back next weekend.

Come off it, we (NI) finished top of our group and we are f**king proud

Where did I state that you shouldn't be proud? I still think international football is a pile of boring dross, especially now with the watered down qualifying groups.

They want to extend the Euros by having the 'smaller' nations involved but it won't change the fact that Spain or Germany will win the thing - it just drags the whole thing on longer.

Congrats for getting there though - enjoy it, a great feat for both N. Ireland and Wales.

You are talking sh*t about Wales and NI like they are something to be found on the bottom of your shoe!
