Pedro pretty much looks at home in this Chelsea side, he's slotted in very nicely sure he will be a bargain at £21m.

 

Yes our defence has been a bit crap, but seriously have you seen this pitch/weather? How hard can it be to defend with the slippery surface? We're ahead, and we will score more. Wouldn't be surprised to see a 6-2 result come 90 mins with another repeat of the first half.

I think pedro is showing his quality, the chance he laid on a plate for willian, would have been lost as not many players would have flicked it over that first challenge.

Ivanovic fell asleep for their goal, and matic was rash for the pen.

Considering we were under a bit of pressure going into this, I think it's been a good 45.

Mostly good so far. Though Ivanovic still looks awful. Fabregas as well. And Matic is having a poor game. Willian as usual needs to work on his final product, but at this stage I can't see it ever being better.

 

Pedro's been very good. Zouma looking good. Dave getting on the scoresheet.

What a sh*te performance

We were extremely vulnerable defensively and they had a penalty. I'm not trying to be the devils advocate but we are not on song. Hope we are a bit more stable next half.

Matic was an idiot giving the penalty away.

Willian with idiotic finishing.

Ivan with more brain fart defending.

And yet... Despite all that we've improved and managed to score three.

Basically I think there is still a lot of work to do with the team but it's encouraging.

Pedro, Dave, Cesc and Costa at big pluses for me. Hazard showing flashes of his player of the year form too.

To be fair it was Cesc ball to Costa that made the 3rd goal, that's what he brings that no one else in the team does

So long as our good chances do not fall to willian we could well get more too.

Dont think its been a bad half. Defensively just got to try and hold the penalty area line. 

 

Hazard looks like he is just playing when he fancies it....As for Willian.

Cant complain, can see more goals second half.

If we swap ivan for dave and our new LB baba comes good, add a top CM we are sorted and serious CL contenders
