That's what I'm hoping for. If Utd score too soon think they will go on to win so I'm hoping for a late, late equalizer.

The Utd goal was earlier than I would have liked but thankfully the dippers held on!

Neither team looked that great to me - still see Spurs as the biggest threat.

Get in! That was just wonderful, was so sure United was going to go on and win it at the end. Wouldn't have liked that but this result is just perfect. Thanks too Everton as well.

When Matic does it, yes.

This is genuinely the example I thought of in my head.

Matic wasn't anywhere near as high with the push and Barnes tackle was potentially leg breaking as opposed to just pulling his jersey back.

Consistency shouldn't be too much to ask.

I have zero hope of City holding spurs next weekend zero

City still have the better offensive players for me, their style of play just makes them inconsistent. Reckon they'll win v Spurs.

When does it get to the point where we say this Man City squad is passed it's peak though ? It's not just this season where they have been poor. They finished 4th last season and they were nowhere near us the season when we won the title. Their last good season was when they beat Liverpool to the title and even then they weren't anything special.

At the moment, i can't think of many City players that would get into that Tottenham first team. Man for man, Tottenham look stronger. Goalkeeper, LB, CB, CB, RB, DM, CM, ACM ? I think Tottenham have better players in these positions. It's only on the wing and upfront where it's hard to choose. On current form, i would pick Kane ahead of Aguero.

United have scored like 6 offside goals the last 10 games or so. Incredible.

That is now 7 offside goals for Manchester United in their last 5 games at Old Trafford

Is it that many?

United have been lucky in recent games. I know you can only beat what is in front of you. But their 6 game win streak had many dodgy decisions In their favor. Plus out of those 6 wins only 2 are in and amongst the top 10 currently.

think the media make more out of it then they would have you believe.

Tottenham are playing at pretty much their peak ATM whereas City aren't playing anywhere near it, that's the difference.

I do think that Tottenham's defence is on paper better than City's, although on paper I would take City's midfield/attack.
