We still have to play Stoke, West Brom, West Ham, Everton, United - potentially the worst run of away fixtures we could have got. I think our home form will decide if we win the league because I can't see us taking more than 5/6pts from our remaining away games (and that's me being optimistic)

We've lost twice away all season and you can only see 5 points out of 15?  I've heard of pessimism, but that's right down there at Hancock level.

6 wins and 7 draws is about what we need to see us over the line. I think we will do better than that. I can see why people are getting edgy but someone really has to put a fantastic run together to catch us.

We have already beaten all of those five teams in the last 12 weeks, thrashing two of them, scored 16 conceded 4. 15pts from 15.

A very good point. If those complaining about our schedule were as clever as you THIS is the thing they should have focused on 

If it wasn't for that silly Matic foul we'd have won yesterday's game and the narrative would've been another gritty away win, stuff of champions etc. A draw at a tough stadium and all the pessimists come crawling out. Sigh.

Sorry for the pessimism, I just don't think we should take anything for granted. It isn't over until mathematically certain.

If Bournemouth win tonite we should loan them Ake back as thank you.

That's true but I don't think anyone was counting chickens yet. 5 or 6 points out of 15 would be awful and very pessimistic.

18th minute, first one on one with the keeper goes to Bournemouth, the keeper did well and saved with his feet, Cech style.

Lucky Stones, lucky city, lucky they have the only eagle eyed ref in the league on the pitch.

I wasn't expecting anything other than a City win tonight, I think anyone who was were probably just wishful thinking.

Instead of fouling Stones, King should have trusted himself to beat him fairly. Stones is a pretty sh*t defender after all.

Bournemouth went straight up the other end and scored, only for the ref to blow up for spotting a pull on Stones.

Could still go either way.

If you watch it again, Stones actually impedes King first, then King gets a bit of his own back.

We did not really believe Bournemouth would get anything of city today did we? They are playing terribly of late only side playing worse and the reigning champions...
