We've survived, that was poor, from what I could hear, with a strong team as well, but at least we won.

Not much to take from that match. Pedro has probably played himself out of the Burnley game.

Happy we got the win but some of the defending was so so poor and the inability to pass the ball 5 yards at times is ridiculous.

Seems like conte is on a get the job done (just) wave, not quite hit the blow them out the water wave (yet) but at least we know we can score, watching the team walk it around the box passing sideways is in some ways as hard to stomach as cheap goals conceded 

From the commentary it sounded like the major problem was they were controlling the midfield and our defence was getting no protection - basically what we saw last season from the Matic/Fabregas partnership.

Always good to get a win but (no disrespect to Bristol Rovers) we really should be winning these type of matches by a larger margin.Stumbling across the line against League 1 opposition isn't great

Nobody can complain about negativity after that, just glad we got over the line.

Win's a win but I struggle to see how the team that played tonight would stay in the Premier League. Conte's Juve had quality strength in depth, seems we don't currently.

Well, we won, it looked like only half of the team turned up tonight though. Matic and Pedro especially had a poor game tonight from what i seen. Ivanovic looked poor again too, but he seems invincible in this squad so he will never get dropped. We really need defenders, i just don't see how we can improve on last season if we don't bring any in. And if Aina is injured then Ivanovic is our only RB left in the squad. We are in a bit of a mess defensively right now, i can't believe we haven't bought a single defender in with only a week of the transfer window to go.
